Mendel Yap specializes in construction-related disputes. A graduate of Singapore Management University’s School of Law in 2017, Mendel brings a formidable blend of legal acumen and passion for justice to the forefront of every case. With an unwavering commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, Mendel has carved a niche in the intricate realm of construction law. His dedication to providing clients with unparalleled advocacy and protection sets him apart in the field.
Nethra graduated from Singapore University of Social Sciences’ School of Law in with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and she is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She focuses on asset recovery and enforcement, insolvency work and employment matters. She also has prior ten years of experience working as a Legal Executive in house for a Swiss Investment Bank and in a law firm in Singapore. In her spare time, Nethra enjoys reading, watching documentaries, spending time with family and travelling.
Vincent graduated from Monash University, Australia in 2020 with a First-Class Honours, and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. In addition to his sterling records, Vincent has accumulated a breadth of practice experience spanning different areas – employment law disputes and advisory, probate and administration, matrimonial disputes and contentious commercial disputes in the Singapore courts. Vincent enjoys keeping abreast of current affairs, cycling, hiking, table tennis and football.
