RHTLaw Asia acted for Milkyway International Chemical Supply Chain Pte. Ltd., the Singapore subsidiary of Milkyway Chemical Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. (a company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange) in a voluntary general offer to acquire all the issued shares of SGX Catalist-listed LHN Logistics Limited. The total offer price for the transaction is S$37,996,016.08.
