“To integrate sustainability and reduce carbon intensity across all operations, it is imperative to first engage stakeholders and secure their support. Decarbonisation can have a wide impact across the value chain, impacting not just employees but also suppliers. Leadership, through sustainability as a corporate function, and training will be necessary to guide any business through the transition.”
