RHTLaw Asia is pleased to announce that its International China Practice Group has successfully acted for Dyna-Mac Offshore Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd, in a joint venture agreement with China Merchants Heavy Industry Holdings Limited (CMHIH) to incorporate a new joint venture company in China. The JV will help CMHIH tap on Dyna-Mac’s experience in module fabrication while enabling Dyna-Mac to access facilities owned by CMHIH.
The team is led by the head of practice, Amanda Chen.
