RHTLaw Asia strengthens Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Practice with Accomplished Partner Nigel Pereira

We are pleased to announce that Nigel Pereira has joined the firm as partner in its Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Nigel brings to the firm extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency with an emphasis on investigations and cross-border asset recovery. This forms part of an ongoing strategic expansion to grow our litigation and dispute resolution practice in the region following the hiring of Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Partner, Zachary Scully mid of last year and the recent addition of Litigation Senior Consultants Vijay Rai and Professor Leslie Chew, SC.

He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and INSOL International and an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has advised on a wide range of matters such as fraud, investigations, anti-bribery, corruption, data and computer misuse, employment, commercial litigation and international arbitration as well as family, private wealth and succession.
