RHTLaw Asia is advising an Asian conglomerate to restructure over US$1 billion of its loan facilities, and existing businesses in various parts of the world, including capital reduction, de-merger, regulatory and legal compliance.

The team comprises Tan Chong Huat, Nigel Pereira and Zachary Scully.
