RHTLaw Asia has advised Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset management group, on the strategic partnership with Foundation Private Equity (“Foundation PE”), a provider of bespoke secondary solutions across Asia.
This strategic partnership will allow Tikehau Capital to further develop its private equity offering in Asia, leveraging Foundation PE’s extensive footprint in China, India and Southeast Asia.
The deal was led by Partner (Foreign Lawyer) and Co-Head of Corporate & Capital Markets Practice, Erwan Barre. Based in the Singapore office, Erwan advises clients across Asia Pacific on cross-border corporate transactions principally in the technology and healthcare industries. In addition to being recognised as a leading lawyer in the Who’s Who Legal 2020 and 2021 editions, he is also ranked in Chambers Asia in 2021.
