Founded in Hong Kong in 2011, Tigers is a freight forwarding and supply chain management specialist and, with close to 1,000 employees supported by advanced digital solutions, it operates omni-channel distribution hubs in 10 countries.
JAS Worldwide, a global freight forwarding services provider headquartered in Atlanta (USA), has acquired Tigers to broaden its range of logistics services, and help its customers ramp up their B2C e-commerce operations.
The deal was led by Partner and Co-head of Corporate and Capital Markets Practice, Erwan Barre. Based in the Singapore office, Erwan advises clients across Asia Pacific on cross-border corporate transactions principally in the technology and healthcare industries.
