(a company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange) in its acquisition of 63,360,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Store + Deliver + Logistics Pte Ltd for the consideration amount of S$22,000,000 which represents 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Store + Deliver + Logistics Pte Ltd.
