Shalini has represented both public listed and private limited companies in applications made under the Companies Act. Shalini also advises on regulatory matters, review and drafting of contracts and other documents for private education institutions.
Shalini has advised and acted on behalf of Professional Bodies to prosecute professionals in disciplinary committee inquiries. Shalini has also advised and represented various Statutory Boards in civil claim matters.
Shalini graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (High Merit) from the Singapore Management University in 2012. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2013.
