Jennifer Yeo is a Senior Consultant in RHTLaw Asia’s Capital Markets & Corporate team. Her areas of practice include banking, corporate and corporate finance, real estate and family law.

Prior to joining RHT, Jennifer was a Founder and Senior Partner with Yeo-Leong & Peh set up in 1987. Through her long and illustrious career, she has advised and represented public and private companies, banks and individuals in their acquisition, financing and disposal of commercial and residential buildings, lands and development projects, public listing, asset securitisation, various aspects of banking business and operations (including lending activities), joint ventures and acquisitions and corporate agreements, probate, wills, and family law matters.

Jennifer also serves as an independent director in a company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as a Consultant in a limited liability law corporation where she was previously the Chairman. As an avid enthusiast of music, Jennifer has won multiple awards in music and has several acclaimed compositions to her name.

She is married to George Yeo and they have a daughter and three sons. They are a Roman Catholic family.

  • Her composition ‘Keindahan Taman’ entered the finals of the National Song Writing Competition 1977 and has been performed and recorded by a prominent artiste and choir on television and CD
  • Has played Chopin’s Piano Concertos No. 1 (Romance) and No. 2 (Larghetto) with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra under the batons of Maestros Bart Folse and Shui Lan respectively at benefit concerts to raise funds for the Singapore Symphony Orchestra Endowment Fund
