Jacqueline is HR Director of RHTLaw Asia LLP. With close to 15 years of experience in HR functions, Jacqueline has worked closely with C-suite business leaders, legal counsels, and department heads to align and implement HR policies and strategies to achieve business goals.
Jacqueline firmly believes in strong, pro-active employee engagement, mentorship and talent development. She works with a calm, approachable, and logical demeanor, but can be firm and persistent in achieving goals.
Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources & Business Management from the Curtin University of Technology, Singapore, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Organisational Psychology from the Singapore Human Resource Institute Academy. She is also an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Senior Certified Professional.
