Anil’s legal practice focuses on Appropriate Dispute Resolution involving infrastructure, building, and construction projects and most aspects of Commercial, Civil, Criminal and Corporate Front End Advisory; and consultancy. In addition, his practice served clients in the areas of commercial, civil, criminal matters and corporate advisory work.
Anil has appeared before international Institutions including AIAC, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Courts of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) on over 400 construction and commercial projects.
Anil’s career also spanned across international legal practice focusing on arbitration with international law firm Lovells Lee & Lee (2008 - 9) and in-house as General Counsel and Director of Contract Advisory and Dispute Management division of Davis Langdon & Seah - Arcadis Group (2006 – 8). His first career before graduating with an LLB Hon from the University of Buckingham (UK - 1992) was as an Infantry Officer for five years with the Singapore Armed Forces(1983-8).
Anil is fluent in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Malayalam and English.
