RHTLaw Taylor Wessing Deputy Managing Partner, Azman Jaafar, spoke on the Valuation of Technology Companies at a KADIN Indonesia event

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing Deputy Managing Partner, Azman Jaafar, conducted a workshop hosted by Pak Michael Goutama from the Singapore committee for KADIN Indonesia (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry), on the Valuation of Technology Companies at Bank Mandiri on Wednesday, 11 July 2018.

Azman gave an overview and the rationale behind the inconsistencies, myths and various valuation methods behind the astronomical numbers seen in recent times.  He shared his personal insight on key drivers for calculating valuations for technology companies. His presentation was part of a workshop on Capacity Development for Indonesian diplomats.

KADIN Indonesia is the umbrella organization of the Indonesia business chambers and associations, and the only Indonesian business organization mandated by Law to speak on behalf of private business.
