RHTLaw Taylor Wessing announces Promotion of Jeremiah Huang and Ng Yi Wayn to Partner

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing is pleased to announce that Jeremiah Huang and Ng Yi Wayn have been promoted to Partner. The promotions were made effective on January 1, 2019.

Jeremiah joined the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate and has made a significant impact on team leadership and the overall growth of the firm. He is passionate and dedicated in counselling clients on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance.  He has been involved in a wide spectrum of matters including post-IPO continuing listing, corporate governance and compliance obligations. Ng Yi Wayn joined the corporate team in 2013, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets, and has consistently provided innovative solutions when advising clients on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, restructurings and equity capital market transactions in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Over the years, Yi Wayn has been involved in a wide range of matters, representing global and regional clients in various industries including the TMC (Technology-Media-Communication), Education and Healthcare sectors. She is also the contributing author for the Lexis®Library’s International Corporate Procedures for Singapore and hasbeen recognized and featured by the Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore’s 20 most promising legal luminaries aged 40-and-under.
