We are pleased to announce that this year’s financial grant from the RHTLaw Asia Subhas Anandan Pro Bono Grant has been awarded to the NUS Law Criminal Justice Club. The NUS Law Criminal Justice Club works on projects across six different realms that seek to make positive contributions to the criminal justice system in Singapore, as well as to foster a lasting interest in criminal pro bono work amongst law students.
Organised by the NUS Faculty of Law’s Centre for Pro Bono & Clinical Legal Education, the Awards Ceremony formally celebrates and recognises outstanding student leadership in pro bono at NUS. It also connects grant donors such as RHTLaw Asia with the various NUS student groups receiving awards and grants.
Partner and Co-Head of RHTLaw Asia’s Corporate and Capital Markets Practice and Head of the Education Industry Group Yang Eu Jin presented this year’s Grant at the 5th Pro Bono Awards Ceremony on 24 March 2021.
