Appointment of Consultant Pradeep Kumar Gobind

Let us welcome Pradeep Kumar Gobind, who joins the firm as a Consultant in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Pradeep is a Barrister, an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court, Associate Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. Pradeep was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995, and has been an active legal practitioner ever since.

Pradeep specialises in civil, corporate, commercial, employment, construction, industrial accidents, tenancy, family, ADR, mediation, arbitration, estate matters, workmen compensation claims, and Strata Board matters amongst many others.

Pradeep was also the District Governor of Toastmasters International for the term 2013/2014. As the highest-ranking officer in District 80 (Singapore & Thailand) with approximately 7,000 members, Pradeep led his team to ‘Presidents Distinguished District’ status with a world ranking of number 11. Pradeep was also a semi-finalist at the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2010 held in USA.

In addition to his legal qualifications and vast experience, Pradeep holds a Master’s Degree in Asia Pacific Studies (Leeds), Diploma in Applied Psychology (Raffles College), Diploma in Buddhist Studies (Buddhist & Pali University, Sri Lanka), NLP and NLP Master Practitioner Certification. He is also a certified NLP (New Code) coach.

Pradeep is fluent in English and Malay.
