RHTLaw Taylor Wessing LLP was recognised as a firm to watch in 2013 by Asia Legal Business (ALB). The M&A 2013 rankings were announced in ALB’s August magazine edition.

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing is pleased to announce the addition of Mr Conrad Campos as a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution with effect from 1 August 2013.
Conrad has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. He has successfully represented clients before the Singapore Court of Appeal, High Court and in arbitration proceedings. He is a member of the Reserve Panel of Accredited Arbitrators of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrator, and a member of Panel of Accredited Arbitrators, Law Society Arbitration Scheme. Conrad was selected by Who’s Who Legal 2007/08, the Official Research Partner of the International Bar Association, as one of Singapore’s leading lawyers under the management, labour & employment segment (see attached). He was also appointed by the Acting Minister for Manpower as a member of the Appeal Board of the Commission for Foreign Manpower on 19 February 2013 for a term of 2 years. Conrad actively volunteers in the social service sector.
Last Friday, 5 July 2013 saw 60 private wealth bankers gather at the Amara Sanctuary Resort at Sentosa. The topic of the seminar was “Family Disputes: Prevention and Resolution.”
Attendees had the opportunity to listen to a group of experts speak about key topics such as – Strategies to Minimise the Risk of Disputes, Stress-testing Family Wealth Holding Structures, Preserving Confidential Information, Resolving Disputes and The Use of Proceedings to Divide up Family Assets.
Head of Private Wealth at RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, Mr Tan Choon Leng, kicked off the morning with a welcome address. This was followed by presentations from Mr Ryan Myint, Ms Tan Siew Kim and our Taylor Wessing guest speakers, Mr Andrew Goodman and Ms Kirstie McGuigan.
Participants had the opportunity to speak to the presenters and network over a three course lunch. According to a senior banker from a foreign bank, “The seminar was pitched at the right level. The event was attended by more than 1,400 lawyers.
