Aaron Lee is a law graduate of the National University of Singapore and has 20 years’ experience in international and business law, policy-making and government relations, in both the civil service and financial institutions. His career included 14 years in governance and regulatory compliance (including responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region) for European banks in Singapore. He has been appointed expert witness in a number of court cases involving banks and financial crime. Since 2017, he has advised fintech companies in the payments services sector.

Eiji has a background in investment banking, payment, and country leadership roles with over 30 years experience. Prior to Securitize, Eiji worked at Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs in New York, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Japan market lead roles at American Express Commercial Card Division, Western Union and an European insurtech start-up. Eiji has an A.B. degree in Mathematical Economics from Brown University and M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

Jacqueline Kwok (‘JK’) spent the bulk of her career in private equity with a focus on fundraising and growth equity investments within TMT, manufacturing, and consumer industries in China. JK managed international market expansion for a Rocket Internet-backed startup, which took her from Berlin to Chicago. After investing in crypto assets during her tenure in VMWare’s Networking and Security team, she has focused all her efforts within the blockchain/crypto space working for a custody startup. She has an MBA from INSEAD, and started her career at the KPMG Hong Kong Office.

In 2018, Branson co-founded and successfully launched an ICO that went on to raise USD 10m. He has over 15 years of experience working and leading teams in business information and technology companies like Gartner, LinkedIn, Sun Microsystems and so on spanning across regions in Asia. Passionate in blockchain technology, he has conducted and taught blockchain courses for private bankers, management associates, branch managers in UOB, People’s Association, Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Business School, Standard Chartered and other financial institutions. Branson also wears multiple hats serving on the Executive Committee for Singapore Fintech Association as well as a founding member of the Blockchain Association of Singapore.

Sandra Han’s main area of practice is real estate transactions. Her focus now includes purchases of residential, commercial and industrial properties, and loan transactions. In addition, she handles the sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties, including acting for developers in the sale of properties under construction, and the sale and leaseback of industrial properties to real estate investment trusts. Besides being familiar with Singapore permanent residence applications under the Global Investor Program, wills, probate and administration matters, Sandra also advises, negotiates, and drafts tenancies and leases for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
