While global markets roiled with the spread of COVID-19, Associate Josephine Soh took the bold step of completing the SMC Mediation Skills Assessment and was recently qualified as an accredited mediator.
Josephine accomplished this task against the backdrop of the first UN treaty named after Singapore: the “Singapore Convention on Mediation”.
