16 to 23 February 2022 was “Collaboration Week” at ONERHT, when the entire firm celebrates the value of smart collaboration, which enables moving up the value chain in our organisation.
Azman Jaafar, Managing Partner of RHTLaw Asia, kicked off the Collaboration Week by addressing the three main reasons why we have to learn about collaboration in ONERHT: Our People, Our Clients, and the ASEAN Plus Group.
Rajeev Peshawaria, CEO of Stewardship Asia Centre, kicked off the Collaboration Week with a keynote address on “Leadership & Self-Awareness”. He spoke on how self-aware leaders use their awareness of emotions and how they impact others, as a method to inspire, motivate, and challenge employees.
We also covered topics on mindsets and attitudes, employee engagement, personal skills for collaboration, and leadership commitment. Lastly, we gamified our collaboration training through a virtual board game played by our very own ONERHT colleagues!
