Appointment of Partner Senthil Dayalan

Let us welcome Senthil Dayalan, who has joined the firm as a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Senthil is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer who has represented clients across a broad spectrum of contentious matters including international trade and shipping, construction and real estate, insolvency and general commercial disputes. Senthil has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts and has also handled arbitrations under the SIAC and LMAA Rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

In 2017, Senthil left private practice and joined the Legal Service where he was posted to the Ministry of Law as a policy officer. At MinLaw, Senthil had the opportunity to be a part of and lead various law reform projects that have brought about significant changes to our civil and criminal justice systems.

Senthil was called to the Singapore Bar in 2011. He has been a trainer for the Trial Advocacy Course under the Singapore Institute of Legal Education’s Part B Examinations since 2015.

Senthil has represented Singapore in cricket and softball at various international and regional competitions. He now gives back to the sport as a member of the Singapore Baseball and Softball Association Council.
