Appointment of Partner Gayathri Sivasurian

Let us welcome Gayathri Sivasurian, who has joined the firm as a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Gayathri is an experienced commercial litigation lawyer who has represented clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and international arbitration matters relating to commercial contracts, corporate disputes, banking and finance, and infrastructure projects. Gayathri’s practice is focused on complex shareholder and joint venture disputes, including minority oppression suits, conspiracy claims, and involving breaches of fiduciary duties and contractual claims.

Gayathri has acted for prominent clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts, as well as in arbitrations. She has also represented management corporations, developers and main contractors in construction disputes involving defects in strata-titled properties.

Gayathri was called to the Singapore Bar in 2010. She was a contributing editor of Singapore Civil Procedure 2016. She is also a member of both the Singapore Academy of Law and Law Society of Singapore.

Gayathri is fluent in English and Tamil.
