Appointment of Consultant Elaine Beh

Let us welcome Elaine Beh, who joins the Firm as a Consultant in our Corporate & Capital Markets Practice.

Elaine’s principal areas of practice are in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. She has substantial experience advising on listings on the Singapore Exchange having advised both issuers as well as underwriters. She has also been involved in numerous M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and cross-border joint ventures. She regularly advises on Singapore Exchange compliance and corporate governance issues.
